At DesignlensUX, we strive to deliver high-quality AI-powered UX benchmarking, journey analysis, and UI/UX reporting services.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided for our digital services and subscription plans.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Services

2.1 Non-Refundable Digital Services

The following services are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they are digital, knowledge-based, and begin processing immediately upon purchase:

  • AI-based UX Benchmarking

  • User Journey Analysis

  • Detailed UI & UX Reports

  • Website UX Audits

  • UI Testing Reports

  • Any custom UX analysis or evaluation

  • One-time report purchases

Once purchased, no cancellation or refund can be issued for these services.

This policy protects the integrity of our analysis process and complies with Razorpay guidelines for digital goods.

3. Refund Policy for Subscription Plans

3.1 24-Hour Refund Window

Users may request a 100% refund (including GST) within 24 hours of purchasing a subscription only if:

  • No reports have been generated

  • No features or tools have been used

  • No part of the service has been utilized

Using even one feature, running even one report, or accessing any analysis immediately voids eligibility for a refund.

3.2 Refunds After 24 Hours

After the 24-hour window, no refunds will be issued for subscription fees, regardless of usage.

3.3 Subscription Renewals

You may cancel your subscription any time before the next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal.

Renewal payments are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancelling Digital Services

Digital and one-time report services cannot be cancelled once purchased, as work begins instantly.

4.2 Cancelling Subscriptions

To cancel your subscription:

Your subscription will stay active until the end of the paid period unless canceled within the 24-hour refund window.

5. Delivery Timelines

Most reports are prepared manually and delivery time varies depending on:

  • Type of report

  • Complexity

  • Website structure

  • Workload

  • Custom requirements

We do not guarantee a fixed delivery time unless explicitly communicated at the time of purchase.

6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment fails or you are charged incorrectly:

  • Refunds will be processed manually after verification, and

  • The amount will be returned to the original payment method

You must notify us at contactus@designlensux.com with:

  • Transaction ID

  • Payment receipt (if available)

  • Registered email address

Verification typically takes 3–7 business days.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds (subscription 24-hour window or mistaken payments):

  • Will be issued to the original payment method

  • Will include full amount including GST

  • May take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider

8. No Obligation for “Change of Mind” Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchase

  • Misunderstanding of the service

  • Dissatisfaction after receiving the deliverable

  • Expectations of guaranteed outcomes

Our reports include analysis and recommendations but do not guarantee performance, ranking, or revenue improvements.
